Windows10 update removes EPIC drivers

1. File Explorer
	C:\windows\inf
2. The dialog (right side near the top right, says "search INF" type VID_A2C0 (zero, not O)
	There should be one file OEMxx.INF where xx is a number.
3. delete that file. (may already be deleted)
4. left click the windows icon in the lower left.
5. left click the power symbol
6. shift key and click "restart"
7. trouble shoot | Advanced | see more recovery options|see more recovery options | startup settings | restart
8. when the boot menu comes up hit F7
9. file explorer
10. C:\EPIC\driver\winusb
11. Right click EPICwinUSB.INF
12. Click "install"
13. Click "Install this Driver Software Anyway" when the install dialog pops up.
14. Should say installed ok.
15. Right click EPICenter shortcut
16. Properties
17. shortcut tab
18. Advanced
19. check "run as Administrator"
20. Apply (OK)
